The first day of the ECOPLASTIC GOLD program, a plastic waste collection program in the town of Pueblo Nuevo, was a great success.
This is an initiative by the Environmental Area focused on mitigating the impact of plastics on the environment, in this mining project we are committed to initiatives that help educate the community on the use and treatment of plastics.
Once the waste has been collected, we seek to give it a second use by generating raw materials.
We thank the community that joined this initiative and invite those who did not, so that together we can reduce the amount of plastics sent to landfills and therefore take care of natural resources and the environment.
