At Innovaminex we are working hard to ensure that this great project continues to develop. We inform you that on 26 January 2021 we have proceeded to burn the MINX released in 2020 because the requirements to distribute them have not been met.

- The remaining uncirculated volume from now on is: 237.510.000 MINX
- The circulating volume remains: 36.100.000 MINX.
- The total amount of circulating and non-circulating MINX is: 273.610.000 MINX
The amount released this year 2021 from the cold wallet 0xd40cc2a93c84bf220b25b5b9b2dc49136f775a3c on 26 January was 26,390,000 MINX to the release wallet 0x3a6912f19250d91b28d0341212d10a1818ed27a715.

From the release wallet, the MINX that can be distributed each month will be 2,199,166,666666 MINX.
In order to be able to release this amount every month, our system will check two conditions:
- The price of the MINX has to be higher than 0.50 USD (reference value in this year will be in etherscan.io).
- The monthly volume must be at least 3,000,000 USD.
If both conditions are met, the following distribution will be made from the 1st to the 5th day of the following month:
- 70% of the MINX released will be distributed in proportional parts in the exchanges where the MINX are and managed by our team, where we will inform and make public the operations carried out to make the distribution to the community.
- 30% of the MINX released will be distributed in percentage already allocated to partners, team, development of InnovaMinex. The allocated wallets and the amount of MINX to each wallet will be published.
For the MINX that have not been released, they will continue to be stored in the same wallet until the end of the year.
On 26 January of the following year until 31 January of the same month, the MINX not distributed that year (2021) will be burned.
*MINX that are not released in one month because they do not meet the conditions cannot be used the following month.
*The burning conditions will be reviewed every year to adapt them to market and project circumstances.
