DIAN DAY

In the month of June the day of registration and updating of the RUT 1 in the village of "Pueblo Nuevo" was held. In total, 110 RUTs were made between registrations and updates, 1 copy of RUT and 1 service, attended by people from the municipality of Pennsylvania, from the neighborhoods Las Colonias, Playa Rica, Guayaquil and Cartagena, the village of Pueblo Nuevo, El Porvenir district (Pueblo Nuevo village), Puerto Venus and Puente Linda.

HEALTH DAY

In July, a Health Day for the Minera Guayaquil workers and their families was held in the Guayaquil neighborhood. There were the following services: oral health, dentistry, outpatient consultation, nursing (P&P activities: taking blood pressure, weight, height, body mass index).

 

CONFA AGREEMENTS

An agreement was negotiated with CONFA so that the Minera Guayaquil workers could request loans for payroll and pledge of family allowance, which will improve their living conditions. On September 21, in partnership with the CONFA of Caldas department, a “I Vaccination Day” was held for the workers, their families and the community in general, in the camp facilities.

 

EXCURSION TO THE VACATIONAL CENTER "EL BOSQUE" – PENSILVANIA

The excursion was attended by 6 workers with their families, who enjoyed artistic and recreational activities.

 

CHILDREN PLAYGROUND IN THE GUAYAQUIL DISTRICT

Thanks to the support of MinexCorp, a playground for kids, in the Guayaquil district was acquired.

 

 

ADMINISTRATIVE DAY (MAYORALTY - MINERA GUAYAQUIL)

 

On September 14 an Administrative Day was held for the inhabitants of Guayaquil and Las Mercedes districts, in agreement with the Municipal Administration. The services of medicine, veterinary, recreation, consultancy in statutes of JAC 3, and meetings to inform on the advances of the Mining Project were rendered. On September 15, a visit was made to the project facilities, which included the presence of the “Personero Municipal” 4, and JAC representatives from the neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, La Palmera, Cartagena, Las Colonias, Guayaquil, Las Mercedes, Playa Rica and Pueblo Nuevo. There the services of medicine, veterinary, recreation, consultancy in statutes of JAC were given, and meetings to inform on the advances of the mining project. On September 21, an Administrative Health Day was held for the inhabitants of the neighborhoods of Playa Rica, La Ceiba and La Florida. The services of medicine, veterinary, recreation, consultancy in statutes of JAC, and meetings to report on the progress of the mining project were rendered.

 

 

FUTSAL TOURNAMENT – VILLAGE OF PUEBLO NUEVO

A futsal tournament took place in the settlement of Pueblo Nuevo, where two teams with players from the project AID met: one team was made up with residents of Guayaquil, and the other team, with Minera Guayaquil workers, who supported the registration and transportation to play the scheduled games.

 

SUPPORT IN THE ROAD ARRANGEMENT

On several occasions support was provided for the settlement of the roads, in alliance with the Municipal Administration and community “convites”.

 

 

 

SUPPORT TO DIFFERENT AREAS

Accompaniment to the different professionals of the technical area: Easement processes with people from the community. Information to the community about the tasks to be performed by each area. ELECTRIC AREA and CIVIL AREA: Accompaniment in the construction of a room in the estate of Mr. Fermín Buitrago as thanks and payment for damages caused by having allowed the passage of a container for the construction of the munitions dump.

 

DINING ROOM FOR MINERA GUAYAQUIL WORKERS

A dining room was built for the workers of Minera Guayaquil, in order to improve their living conditions, since they consumed their food in deplorable conditions (on the ground, without proper hygiene).

 

FAMILY FILM

A Family Film day was held and the youngest children could enjoy a fun event in community.

 

 

MUSIC STANDS FOR THE "PUEBLO NUEVO" SYMPHONY BAND

The symphonic band "Pueblo Nuevo" received new music stands. InnovaMinex supporting the culture and concord through music.

 

PAJAMAS FOR THE CHILDREN OF VEREDA GUAYAQUIL

One of the most gratifying things about donations is when children receive them. The company gave pajamas to the children of Vereda Guayaquil, so that their nights can more pleasant and plenty of little angels.

 

DINING ROOM RESOURCES FOR THE GUAYAQUIL SCHOOL

Taking into account the importance of the daily feeding to the children, the company made a donation so that the Guayaquil school can offer a better dining service to its students.

 

 

RESOURCES FOR THE GUAYAQUIL SPORTS COMMITTEE

Another of the basic pillars in the children growth is sports. InnovaMinex donated sports equipment to support this important development in the community.

MEETING AT THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF CARTAGENA

Meeting to report on the progress of the Vereda Guayaquil mining project, and for the community strengthening at the neighborhood of Cartagena, with the accompaniment of the environmental area professional.

Meeting to report on the progress of the Vereda Guayaquil mining project, and for the community strengthening at the neighborhood of Las Mercedes, with the accompaniment of the Municipal Administration JAC coordinator.

 

CHRISTMAS PARTY FOR THE AID COMMUNITY

On December 22 a Christmas party is held for the AID community of the Vereda Guayaquil mining project. It was attended by approximately 80 people from the neighborhoods of Cartagena, Las Colonias, Guayaquil and Las Mercedes, with a big percentage of residents at the neighborhood of Cartagena attended.
