Leadership Workshop

With the aim of having not only bosses but also leaders within the project, understanding the importance of leaders for the correct development of the project and in the consolidation of effective and efficient work teams, we have carried out a leadership workshop.

This workshop was divided into two phases:

  1. Initially a survey was applied to evaluate the directors of the different areas of the company, by their collaborators and to build the concept of leadership that best suits the needs of the company.
  2. Once we had the information we started a training activity with the directors of each area, where we worked on the characteristics of a positive leader, leadership styles, teamwork, assertive communication, in this activity the directors carried out a self-evaluation and a comparison with the evaluation made by their collaborators, in order to recognise their strengths and opportunities for improvement.


These workshops are useful for team building and team building with the bases of the company for greater efficiency.
