In collaboration with the Occupational Health and Safety Area, workshops were held to show employees the importance of good postural practices and physical activity in order to ensure good occupational risk management.
Activities were carried out with the Confa family compensation fund to reinforce knowledge of the importance of physical activity, postural hygiene and active breaks during the working day as a strategy to take care of our health in the long term.
Postural hygiene is the set of rules, whose objective is to maintain the correct position of the body, still or in movement, and to avoid possible injuries by learning to protect mainly the spine, avoiding pain and reducing the risk of injury.
Active breaks reduce the strain on muscles, tendons and joints, reduce stress at work, improve joint mobility and stimulate blood circulation.
