The investors visited the La María mine, in the “pico de oro” pit and checked the new generator that was installed.
Currently, we have two generators and the electricians are putting the transformer to the “clavada” which is just below, for the water pumps and there is also an auxiliary generator.
Work is being done on the electrical system that will run everything.
Due to the heavy rains some work has been affected, but the road has now been cleared so that work can continue.
This auxiliary generator that appears in the video is the one that will be connected later when the work in the pit begins. You can also see the final generator in the video.
Among the works being carried out at La María is the cleaning of the rails, which until recently were completely covered by vegetation. The wagons have also been tested to verify their operation.
As for the staff facilities, the flats are being completed.
